By using Footify (“the Service”), operated by SOL BROTHERS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Footify is a free, promotional entertainment tool that generates a collectible-style “player card” from your public X profile for the Solana Ecosystem Cup. Cards are for entertainment only, have no monetary value, and are not affiliated with any official football/soccer governing body. Footify is not a token, NFT, or financial product and does not involve any blockchain transaction, wallet connection, or signing.

Connecting your account

You connect using your own X account through X’s official authorization. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and must comply with X’s Terms of Service. Only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or overload it, accessing it through unauthorized or automated means, impersonating others, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Footify branding, card designs, and generated artwork are owned by or licensed to SOL BROTHERS. You are welcome to share your own generated card on social media. Profile images and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated artwork and randomized content may contain inaccuracies, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOL BROTHERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
